The Vizard people are not my favourite characters, but among them is Kensei my
favorite. I like his hilarious face when he is angry and I also like his way of
fighting.
I believe that will be something elegant and beautiful. An ability which reminds
you of a dance, I believe. However, I believe that she still need some years of
training before she can achieve Bankai.

filler episodes. However, Zaraki simply blow up Ichinose's Reiatsu without
trouble. So I also believe that Zaraki is more powerful than Hitsugaya.

Hyourinmaru is the strongest ICE-TYPE zanpakutou... but not necessarily the
strongest zanpakutou of all...
You can not tell what the most powerful Zanpakuto is, because it depends also
with the Shinigami how he uses it. You can say which Zanpakuto is the strongest
in an element due their ability. However, not about general of the
Zanpakutos.
In addition, he is able to change the climate and this is not something you can
do easily!

can achieve Bankai, she very talented with Kidou. So I believe that she could
maybe be as strong as a Bankai with her Kidou spells. Aizen could knock down
Komamura without using his Bankai with only using Kidou. So I believe that Rukia
could mastered this grade of spell and can't even do more than on par with
them.
However, this won't change my opinion about Rukia and achieving Bankai.

Then you have forgotten one thing too. Only the very first ten Arrancars' order are according to their strength. After them they are ordered due their birth. So it is possible that DeRoy was only a weakling and Ilfort Grants is a lot stronger. He is the elder brother of an Espada, after all. In addition, DeRoy underestimates his opponent and did not uses his Ressuréction.
This is why Rukia could defeat him so easily.
